**strengthen NATO by stepping up our security and defence expenditure, in line with our previous commitments, while reaffirming that, in many cases, expenditure beyond 2% of GDP will be needed to address rising threats to security and meet the requirements to deter and defend across all domains in the Euro-Atlantic area.**

No, no creo que sea trucho... simplemente remarcan que la peña es como lo percibe. Hay mucha demanda de trabajo para la industria militar, los sueldos se han triplicado o así... de modo que al que le toca la pedrea y alrededor perciben como que la cosa está guay. No es incompatible con pensar que esta mierda no la sostiene ni dios, que eso es un castillo de naipes que se va a caer en cualquier momento.
